NVIDIA started Quadro FX 4700 X2 sales 18 April 2008 at a recommended price of 2,999 USD. This is Tesla architecture desktop card based on 65 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at designers. 2x 1 GB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 1.6 GHz are supplied, and together with 2x 256 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 2x 51.2 GB/s.
