AMD Radeon HD 8690M technical specs and benchmarks

AMD Radeon HD 8690M

Summary

AMD started Radeon HD 8690M sales 16 November 2012. This is a GCN architecture desktop card based on 28 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at office use. 1 GB of GDDR5 memory clocked at 4.5 GHz are supplied, and together with 64 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 32 GB/s.

Compatibility-wise, this is card attached via PCIe 3.0 x8 interface.

It provides poor gaming and benchmark performance at 4.65 percent of a leader's which is NVIDIA TITAN Xp.
