ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 technical specs and benchmarks
ATI started Mobility Radeon HD 5870 sales 7 January 2010. This is a TeraScale 2 architecture notebook card based on 40 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at gamers. 1 GB of GDDR5 memory clocked at 4 GHz are supplied, and together with 128 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 64.0 GB/s.
Compatibility-wise, this is card attached via MXM-B (3.0) interface. No additional power connector is required, and power consumption is at 50 Watt.
It provides poor gaming and benchmark performance at 6.18 percent of a leader's which is AMD Radeon R9 390 X2.
