ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3850 technical specs and benchmarks
ATI started Mobility Radeon HD 3850 sales 4 June 2008. This is a TeraScale 2 architecture notebook card based on 55 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at office use. 0.5 GB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 1.5 GHz are supplied, and together with 256 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 48.0 GB/s.
Compatibility-wise, this is card attached via PCIe 2.0 x16 interface. Its power consumption is at 35 Watt.
It provides poor gaming and benchmark performance at 3.33 percent of a leader's which is NVIDIA Quadro P6000.
