NVIDIA GeForce GT 620M: specs and benchmarks
NVIDIA started GeForce GT 620M sales 23 August 2012. This is Fermi architecture notebook card based on 40 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at office use. 1 GB of DDR3 memory clocked at 1.8 GHz are supplied, and together with Up to 128bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of Up to 28.8 GB/s.
Compatibility-wise, this is card attached via PCIe 2.0 x16 interface. Power consumption is at 15 Watt.
It provides poor gaming and benchmark performance at 3.48 percent of a leader's which is AMD Radeon R9 390 X2.
