NVIDIA started GeForce G105M sales 8 January 2009. This is a Tesla architecture desktop card based on 65 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at office use. Up to 0.5 GB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 500 (DDR2)/700 (GDDR3)MHz are supplied, and together with 64 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 8 (DDR2)/11 (GDDR3).

Compatibility-wise, this is card attached via PCIe 2.0 x16 interface. Its power consumption is at 14 Watt.

It provides poor gaming and benchmark performance at 1.35 percent of a leader's which is NVIDIA Quadro P6000.
