NVIDIA GeForce 315M: specs and benchmarks
NVIDIA started GeForce 315M sales 5 January 2011. This is Tesla 2.0 architecture notebook card based on 40 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at office use. Up to 0.5 GB of GDDR3 memory clocked at Up to 800 (DDR3), Up to 800 (GDDR3) MHz are supplied, and together with 64 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 12.8 GB/s.
Compatibility-wise, this is card attached via PCIe 2.0 x16 interface. No additional power connector is required, and power consumption is at 14 Watt.
It provides poor gaming and benchmark performance at 1.39 percent of a leader's which is AMD Radeon R9 390 X2.
