NVIDIA started GeForce 305M sales 10 January 2010. This is Tesla 2.0 architecture notebook card based on 40 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at office use. Up to 512 MB of GDDR3 memory clocked at Up to 700 (DDR3), Up to 700 (GDDR3)MHz are supplied, and together with 64 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 11.2 GB/s.

Compatibility-wise, this is card attached via PCIe 2.0 x16 interface. No additional power connector is required, and power consumption is at 14 Watt.

It provides poor gaming and benchmark performance at 1.18 percent of a leader's which is AMD Radeon R9 390 X2.
