AMD started Radeon R7 M260X sales 7 January 2014. This is a GCN architecture desktop card based on 28 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at gamers. 4096 GB of GDDR5 memory clocked at 1000 GHz are supplied, and together with 128 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 64 GB/s.

It provides poor gaming and benchmark performance at 6.99 percent of a leader's which is NVIDIA Quadro P6000.
