This is Fermi 2.0 architecture desktop card based on 40 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at gamers. 1280 MB of GDDR5 memory clocked at 3.8 GHz are supplied, and together with 320 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 152.0 GB/s.
