NVIDIA started GeForce 9800 GX2 sales 18 March 2008 at a recommended price of $599. This is Tesla architecture desktop card based on 65 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at office use. 512 MB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 1 GHz are supplied, and together with 512 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 128 (64 per GPU).
