AMD FirePro W9100 technical specs and benchmarks

AMD FirePro W9100

Summary

AMD started FirePro W9100 sales 26 March 2014. This is a GCN 2.0 architecture desktop card based on 28 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at designers. 16384 GB of GDDR5 memory clocked at 5 GHz are supplied, and together with 512 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 320 GB/s.

Compatibility-wise, this is 2-slot card attached via PCIe 3.0 x16 interface. Its manufacturer default version has a length of 275 mm. An additional 1 power connector 6-pin and 1 power connector 8-pin are required, and power consumption is at 750 Watt.

It provides good gaming and benchmark performance at 42.00 percent of a leader's which is NVIDIA Quadro P6000.
