NVIDIA started Tesla V100 SXM2 sales 21 June 2017. This is a Volta architecture desktop card based on 12 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at designers. 16 GB of HBM2 memory clocked at 1.76 GHz are supplied, and together with 4096 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 900.1 GB/s.
Compatibility-wise, this is dual-slot card attached via PCIe 3.0 x16 interface. No additional power connector is required, and power consumption is at 250 Watt.
