AMD started Steam Deck GPU sales 25 February 2022. This is a RDNA 2.0 architecture desktop card based on 7 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at gamers. 16 GB of LPDDR5 memory clocked at 5.5 GB/s are supplied, and together with 128 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 88 GB/s.
