NVIDIA started Quadro FX 1500M sales 18 April 2006. This is a Curie architecture notebook card based on 90 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at designers. 0.5 GB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 1 GHz are supplied, and together with 256 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 32.0 GB/s.
