Geforce MX130 is a rebranded version of 940MX, based on the same GM108 core. So it is effectively the same video card, with small nuances that allow it to be slightly faster than its predecessor. Gaming FPS measurements show some 10 to 50% advantage for MX130. 

Note that much like 940MX, the MX130 depends on type of installed memory. Faster GDDR5 versions can give out some 10 or even 20 fps more over a DDR3 version. So look closely at laptops' specs to be sure what are you paying your money for.
