NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280M: specs and benchmarks
NVIDIA started GeForce GTX 280M sales 3 March 2009. This is Tesla architecture notebook card based on 65 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at gamers. 1 GB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 0.95 GHz are supplied, and together with 256 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 61 GB/s.
Compatibility-wise, this is card attached via MXM-IV interface. No additional power connector is required, and power consumption is at 75 Watt.
It provides poor gaming and benchmark performance at 5.37 percent of a leader's which is AMD Radeon R9 390 X2.
