NVIDIA started GeForce GT 720 sales 29 September 2014 at a recommended price of $49. This is Kepler 2.0 architecture desktop card based on 28 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at office use. 1 GB or 1 GB of DDR3 / GDDR5 memory clocked at 1.8 GBps or 5.0 GB/s are supplied, and together with 64 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 14.4 (DDR3) or 40 (GDDR5).
Compatibility-wise, this is 2-slot card attached via PCIe 2.0 x8 interface. Its manufacturer default version has a length of 5.7" (14.5 cm). No additional power connector is required, and power consumption is at 19 Watt.
