NVIDIA started GeForce FX Go5300 sales 1 March 2003. This is Rankine architecture desktop card based on 150 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at gamers. 64 MB of DDR memory clocked at 0.5 GHz are supplied, and together with 128 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 8 GB/s.
