NVIDIA GeForce 820M technical specs and benchmarks
NVIDIA started GeForce 820M sales 7 January 2014. This is a Fermi architecture desktop card based on 28 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at office use. 2 GB of DDR3 memory clocked at 1.8 GHz are supplied, and together with 64 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 14.4 GB/s.
Compatibility-wise, this is MXM Module card attached via PCIe 2.0 x16 interface. Its power consumption is at 15 Watt.
It provides poor gaming and benchmark performance at 3.58 percent of a leader's which is NVIDIA Quadro P6000.
