It has 10 cores and 20 threads, and is based on 22 nm manufacturing technology, with a maximum frequency of 3600 MHz and a locked multiplier.
Compatibility-wise, this is FCLGA2011 processor with a TDP of 130 Watt. It supports DDR3-800, DDR3-1066, DDR3-1333, DDR3-1600, DDR3-1866 memory.
It provides poor benchmark performance at 16.77 percent of a leader's which is AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3990X.
