This is a TeraScale 2 architecture desktop card based on 40 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at office use. 0.5 GB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 0.8 GHz are supplied, and together with 64 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 6.4 GB/s.
