NVIDIA started GeForce 9600M GT sales 4 June 2008. This is G9x architecture notebook card based on 65 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at gamers. 1 GB of GDDR2, GDDR3 memory clocked at 800 GHz are supplied, and together with 128 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 25.6 GB/s.
