It has 10 cores and 20 threads, and is based on 14 nm manufacturing technology, with a maximum frequency of 3000 MHz - 4500 MHz (1 core) and a locked multiplier.

Compatibility-wise, this is Socket R4 processor. It supports DDR4-2666 memory.
